The purpose of this role is to assist the Site Manager in managing all on-site activities from initial programming through to practical completion and adoption works, including the continual liaison with all sub-contractors and the supervision of all site operatives on residential developments.

There will be a day-to-day involvement in managing the build sequence ensuring each stage is delivered in line with financial and programme requirements, whilst delivering a product of the highest quality in a safe working environment. There will also be a need to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external partners.

You will already have experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new build developments, or you will have a recognised qualification and a relevant background in residential new build work that is suitable for an appropriate career progression opportunity into a site management position.
